Ke Nui Kitchen x Kō Hana Rum

During the summer season, Waimea Valley hosts a Moonwalk where guests can take a stroll through the moonlit valley as well as indulge in a coursed dinner by KNK. On this particular evening we partenered with Kō Hana Rum to create a menu inspired by local produce, Pan Pacific fair, and of course their delicious rum cocktails!
