It all started in the back of the Naylor house on Ke Nui Road, which gave rise to the name Ke Nui Kitchen. The journey began with seven chefs, each hailing from diverse culinary backgrounds, working together to execute small private events. The company's roots trace back to surf competitions, where Thomas Naylor cultivated a loyal clientele with brands such as the WSL, Billabong, and Vans.

2012, his culinary skills caught the attention of key figures, leading to the progression of being the head catering company of Waimea Valley. From this moment, a culinary legacy was born, intertwining the talent of diverse chefs and the lush backdrop of Waimea Valley into a unique and exquisite tapestry of flavors and experiences.
